He is survived by: his wife Millie Clapp Loy; and his siblings, Elizabeth Loy Combs (John) and Robert Earl Loy, Sr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Friendship Church (4612 Friendship Patterson Mill Rd, Burlington, NC 27215). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:45 PM at the Friendship Church Cemetery (4612 Friendship Patterson Mill Rd, Burlington, NC 27215).
