She is survived by: her husband Wayne Duncan; her children, Tammy Brady (Steve), Mike Duncan, Chad Duncan (Alisha), Haley Duncan and Hannah Duncan; her grandson Bradley Brady (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Brock and Delainey Brady; and her sisters, Kathy Carmichael and Carol Lewis.
