He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Pedro" Conklin and Jeanette Meeks Conklin; and his siblings, Jeffrey Lee Conklin and Jeanne Conklin Shields. He is survived by: his nephew Andy Conklin (Becky); and his great-nephews, J. B. Conklin, Justin Conklin and Brent Conklin.
