He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Ray Clark, Sr. and Dorothy Burchette Harrison Clark. He is survived by: his wife Ami Kim Clark; his daughters, Angel Clark-Yurigan (Joseph) of Mebane and Dianna Clark Curtis; his grandchildren, Colton Yurigan, Kahlani Curtis and Lea Curtis; his great grandchildren, Parker Strickland, Maverick Suggs and Dallas Roberts; and his sisters, Joan Myers of DeLand and Jean Glass of Union.
