She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bowman Burton, Sr. and Ola Pearl Barnett Burton; and her siblings, Frances Riggs, Robert Burton, Jr., Thomas Burton and Hallie Jones.
She is survived by: her nieces, Linda Riggs Price (Ronnie), Dianne Riggs Durham, Wanda Rice (Don) and Teena Burton. She is also survived by many great nieces; a great nephew; and many great-great nieces and nephews.
