She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Leonard Sims and Irene Lowder Sims; and her brother Leonard Sims. She is survived by: her son Ray Kivett, Jr. (Sharon); her grandsons, Trey and Will; her daughters, Lindsay Nolte (Cole) and Katherine Caldwell (John); her great grandchildren, Brooks Nolte and Jack Nolte; and her brother Gene Sims (Anna).
