He is survived by: his wife Marcia Kinney Earp; his children, Pamela Earp Hunter of Apex, NC and Ronald Earp Jr. (Julie Earp) of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Lauren Hunter of Pleasant Garden, NC, Abigail Hunter of Apex, NC, Alex Hunter of Richmond, VA and Sydney Earp of Blacksburg, VA; his nephews, Tripp Kinney and Scott Thomas; and his brother-in-law Avery Thomas.
