He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe H. Fuller and Lottie Currie Fuller; his daughter Annessa L. Fuller; and his siblings, James "Gene" Fuller, Ann Fuller Norman, Willie Henry Fuller and Archie Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Tate Fuller; his daughters, Lisa Fuller Morrow and Sharon Denise Fuller; and his siblings, Rebecca Fuller Carter "Lois", Clara Fuller Carter, Josephine Fuller Foster (Robert), Allen Fuller (Pauline), Harvey Fuller "Hulon", Elenor Fuller Ford, Minnie Fuller Enoch, Hallie Fuller Ellison and Bennie Fuller Corbett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
