It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Lester Lambert of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 10, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ray may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ray touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lambert, Jr. and Lucille Cook Lambert; and his siblings, Curtis Lambert and Frances Lambert. He is survived by: his son Travis Lambert of Burlington; and his sister Barbara Lambert Johnson of Burlington. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two nieces; three nephews; and a host of great-nieces; great-nephews; other relatives and friends.
