He was predeceased by: his grandfather William "Bill" Johnson; and his pet Phyllis Countryman (Josh Dean). He is survived by: his parents, William Hurley "Billy" Johnson and Angela Dawn Coble Johnson; his sister Jessica Johnson (Matt May); his nephews, Jacob, Jaxson and Jasper May; his niece Joszlyn May; his grandparents, Arthur, Nancy Coble and Nancy Johnson; and his close friend Lexi Saber. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and many cousins.
