He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Roy and Eula Mae Morgan Foust; and his brothers, Willie Carnell and Dennis Edward. He is survived by: his sister Eula Diane Foust Blackwell; his siblings-in-law, Dr. Larry L. Blackwell of Brown Summit and Christine Foust; his nephew Ronnie Foust; and his nieces, Kimberly Blackwell Velazque (Hector) and Heather Blackwell. He is also survived by one great nephew and two great nieces; and a host of other relatives and friends.
