He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Naomi Stewart Carroll; his brothers, Norman Lee Carroll and Robert Carroll; and his grandson Brian C. Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Mary D. Williams Carroll; his children, Keith W. Carroll (Donna), Alison E. Carroll (Dewey Smith) and Angela L. Carroll Hunnicutt (Don); and his foster sister Sharon Kay Kunkel. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel (2205 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Greater Burlington Hospice Home a branch of AuthoraCare Collective (authoracare.org) or the charity of your choice.
