She was predeceased by: her sisters, Marceline Parr and Wanda Nance; and her daughter Amy Norman. She is survived by: her husband James W. Norman; her daughters, Cindy Parks (Cliff) of Durham and Diane Pennington (Darrell) of Hendersonville; her grandchildren, Meredith Gaskins of Spartanburg, SC, Barbara Parks (Zach Sexton) of Burns, TN, Jake Parks of Durham and Oakley Bentley (Jesse) of Sierra Madre, CA; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Julia Gaskins of Spartanburg and Beatrice Bentley of Sierra Madre. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
