She is survived by: her husband Gary Fisher; her daughter Samantha Forman (Jullian); her stepdaughters, Carla Crouse (Danny) and Brandy Price (Tim); her grandchildren, Ashton, Van, Preston, Autumn, Nathan, Greyson, Bethany and Mary; and her nieces, Jolie and Maggie Tingen.
