He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Timothy Pickard of Reidsville, NC and James Donovan Pickard (Wanda) of Burlington; his granddaughter Miyana; his aunts and uncles, Wanda Graves of Washington, D. C., Barbara Pickard Freeman of Brooklyn, NY, Jerry Pickard of Burlington, NC, Guilford Pickard (Diana) and Tommie Smith (Buddy); his nieces and nephews, Jameelah Becton of El Paso, Mercades Evans of Charlotte, Jordan Pickard of Raleigh, NC, Lou Pickard (Nation) of Reidsville, Travis Daye of Atlanta, GA, Lennon West of Richmond, VA and Martrez Evans of Burlington, NC; his close friends, Sandra, Nubie Lea and Shawn Kinsberry; and his cousins, Robert and Tracy Rushing. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:30 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217).
