He is survived by: his wife Ida Mae Wiley; his children, Walter Wiley (Laura), Sharon Camper (Vaughn) and Shelia Wiley Long; and his siblings, Archie Stokes and Shirley Henderson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
