He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Haith (Sylvia Vaughn Haith) and Annie L. Vanhook Banks; and his stepmother Wanda Jones Haith. He is survived by: his children, Tanyelle Haith (Kelly) of Burlington, NC, Michelle Chappel (Michael) of Oklahoma, Novette Jones of Burlington, NC, Jerry Haith of Gibsonville, NC, Devoncey Jones of Burlington, NC and Leko Jones of Burlington, NC; his siblings, James Vanhook of McCleansville, NC, Vivian Timmons (Antonio) of Burlington, NC, Teresa Vanhook of Burlington, NC and Renae Vanhook of Burlington, NC; and his grandchildren, Torre Richmond of Burlington, NC and Jakala Haith of Burlington, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
