She was predeceased by: her father Otis Day; her brother Stanley Day; her nephews, Patrick Day, Craig Day and Jonathan Day; and also Doris Burnette.

She is survived by: her mother Stella Haith Day; her friends, Willie Howard, Erma Bush and Dorothy Ellerby; her children, Sean Willis (Julie) of Burlington, NC and Brandi Matlock (Adrian) of Cary, NC; her grandsons, Dane, Jaxon, Lucas and Eli; her brother Barry Day of Burlington, NC; her nieces and nephews, Donna Day, Laura Day, Denise Mitchel, Clint Day and Kevin Day; and also Janet Ratliff. She is also survived by Mom will be deeply missed by her family, friends.
