She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie Butler; and her parents, Edna Hopper Hazelwood and Henise Hazelwood. She is survived by: her children, Paige Tisdale (Hank Coppedge) and Jere Butler (Tina); her grandchildren, Jonah Tisdale (Ashley), Trey Butler (Holly), Kristy Butler Booker (Avery), Karly Butler Jones (Blake) and Kelly Butler; and her sisters, Judy Motley and Ginny Hooper. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
