He is survived by: his wife Mary Etta Kaylor Antoniewicz; his children, Jan Michael Antoniewicz II, Rhonda Scott Chaney (Chris) and Michael Dean Scott; his grandchildren, Tyler Michael Scott, Addie Marie Simmons (Casey), Brandon Taylor Scott and Andrew Reid Chaney; his great grandchildren, Sadie Mae Simmons, Gracelyn Rae Simmons and Lyric Moore Scott; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Sanderlin Antoniewicz, Johnny Kaylor (Lannette) and Jimmy Kaylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
