He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thompson Lynch and Audrey Mariam Lemons Lynch; and his grandparents, George Thompson Lynch, Sr., Phoebe Stone Lynch, Chandler Lemons and Eurie Harris Lemons.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy White Lynch; and his siblings, Marshall Lynch (Michelle) and Phoebe Cole (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
