He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mattie "Pat" Byrd, Clyde, Tom and Hubert Oakley. He is survived by: his wife Helen Barber Oakley; his daughters, Amy Rogers (Kirk) and Carla Force (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashley Kernodle (Justin), Lindsay Coltrane (Zac), Chandler Rogers, Bailey Force and Austin Force; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Hunter Kernodle and Adalynn Coltrane; and his siblings, Gene Oakley (Joyce) and Doris Mansfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
