He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gregory and Shirley "Kay" Hurlocker Tucker; and his stepparents, Fran Gregory and Luther Tucker. He is survived by: his daughter Gracie Gregory (Mason Grindall); his fiancée Barbara Dunleavy; his stepchildren, Taylor Clemmons (Anna) and Jeanie Deaton (Christopher); and his siblings, Mayor Jennifer Talley (Chuck) and Joseph Gregory.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Graham Cinema (317 E Davis St, Burlington, NC 27215).
