He was predeceased by: his uncle JC Trollinger. He is survived by: his parents, Frances Ray Blake and Dolores Williford Blake; his wife Judy Westbrooks Blake; his stepson Brian Faucette (Mary) of Graham; his grandchildren, Berkley, Linen and Jameson; his siblings, Cindy Crawford of Greensboro, Donna Williams (David) of Plymouth, Massachusetts and Steve Blake (Tia) of Durham; and his aunt Jan Trollinger of Greensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his canine companion.
