She was predeceased by: her father Miles Gordon Sawyer; her husband Melvin Wallace; her mother Catherine Sawyer; and her son Rickey David Wallace. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Holder-Mashburn (Herb), Delayne Sherrill (Chip) and Debbie Whittington; her grandchildren, Stephen Holder, Marian S. Gurley (Dwayne), Allycen S. Garner (Ashley), Sarah Whittington and Ben Whittington; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Wallace Whittington, Anna Leith Garner, Ashley Garner, Jr., Camden Tate Whittington, Nolen West Whittington, Cohen Harris Whittington, Julia Frances Gurley and Parks Henry Gurley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
