He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Rogers and Juanita Rogers; and his sisters, Rena Louis Rogers, Nannie Ruth Milner (Arbuckle) and Joyce Rogers.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Milner, Takira Jean Rogers, Jerry Lee Rogers, Andrew O'Brian Bradley, Catina Rogers of Burlington, NC and Brett Anthony of Burlington, NC; and his sisters, Edith Stevens of Burlington and Aljean Rogers (Carlton) of Hillside, NJ.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
