With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Herbert Lee Roach (Burlington, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2024 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Roach and Pearl Boggs Roach; his wife Arlene Barker Roach; his sister Margaret Morris; his son-in-law Tim Hudson; and his close friend Betty McPherson.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Hudson; his grandson Taylor Hudson; his stepdaughter Jean Payne Barber; and his stepgrandchildren, JoAnna Barber Long, Jennifer Barber Crane and Jonathan Barber.
