He is survived by: his wife Ethel Burwell Stephens; his daughters, Pamela Springfield and Sonya Watson (Calvin); and his siblings, Melvin Stephens (Nancy), Frank Fuller, Jr., Shirley Walker, Nancy Fuller, Sylvia Jones (Fred), Mary Slade, Carol Stephens and Edna Stephens.
A wake was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sharpe Funeral Home (520 Rosenwald St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
