He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edmund Shively and Lelia Shelor Shively; and his siblings, Robert Shively (Bob), Gordon Shively (Joe), Loyd Shively (Logan) and Henrietta (Hink).
He is survived by: his children, Steve Shively (Cynthia), Lorna Lankford (Kurt), Kenneth Shively (Tracy) and Donna Hauser (John); his grandchildren, Brian Shively (Lydia), Stephanie Shively, Samantha Brown (Shawon), Griffin Shively, Mason Keck, Jarrod Blatchley, Justin Blatchley and Sarah Lankford; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Shively, Axel Shively, Lily Shively, Riley Blatchley and Avery Blatchley. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.
