We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025, at the age of 82, Grace Marie Hardy of Burlington, North Carolina passed away. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Magdalene Atkinson; and her siblings, Bruce, Lee, Joe, Paul, Joseph and Robert Atkinson.

She is survived by: her children, Johnny Weeks of Roxboro, Otlander Weeks of Burlington, Wilbert Weeks of Burlington and Kim Shoffner of Liberty; her grandchildren, Kendrick, Jermaine, Tyson, Christopher and LaTashia; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Jr. and Tyrek. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Due to Covid-19 and other viruses, face masks are advised for services.
