He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his parents, Paul Chamblee and Rebecca Chamblee; and his sister Jackie Mitchell. He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Parker (Pat), Dail White (Jim) and Sandy Chamblee; his stepchildren, Lisa Andrews and William Howard; and his stepgrandson Thomas Andrews. He is also survived by several other relatives and close friends.
