We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2025, at the age of 75, Fred Nathaniel Woods Sr. of Burlington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Thomas Woods; his son Dreyfus V. Woods; and his siblings, Sam E. Woods, James L. Woods, Gordon Ray Woods, Alice Elane Thrasher and Shirley Woods.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Boswell; his children, Fred Woods and Tamikca Woods; his siblings, Nannie Woods Holt and David Woods (Laverne); and his aunt Maggie Clay. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackwell Funeral Home (1292 Rauhut St, Burlington, NC 27217). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. Due to COVID-19 and OTHER VIRUSES FACE MASK are advised for Services.
