He is survived by: his spouse Hanan Alswiti; his parents, David A. Sr. Wlodarczyk and Kim Wlodarczyk; his brother Michael Wlodarczyk (Ashley Raymond); his grandmother Margaret Heisler; his stepgrandmother Virginia Wlodarczyk; his friend Eric Hockenberry (Katrina); his goddaughter Addie Hockenberry; and his aunt Elaine Martin (late Kevin).
