She was predeceased by: her parents, John Arthur and Hattie Graves Leath; her husband Ralph Poole; and her siblings, Sylvester Leath, Raymond Leath (Flora), William Thomas Leath, June Leath, Mary Crisp (Hardy), Katie Vaughn, Fannie Sue Jones (Theodore) and Otis Leath.
She is survived by: her children, Donza Slade (Johnny), Shawn Leath (Veleka) and Antonio Leath; her grandchildren, Holly, Ashley, Hillary, Amber, Siara (Justin), Daris, Devonte and Deonna; her great grandchildren, Desean, Amah'd, Elijah and Meilani; and her brother Jimmy Leath (Mary Alice). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
