It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonita Covington of Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Bonita's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Bonita has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Covington and Bertha Covington; and her siblings, Dennis and Roxanne Covington. She is survived by: her sister Brenda Covington West; her nieces and nephews, Stacey White, Sierra Johnson, Jermaine Franklin and Jason Nichols; and her cousin June Covington.
