He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lafer Catoe, Sr. and Jane Thompson Catoe. He is survived by: his wife Rita Dee Snyder Catoe; his sisters, Denise Parks (Hersell) of Emerald Isle, NC and Donna Allen (Billy) of Snow Camp, NC; his nephew Jeffrey Parks (Carmen); his nieces, Holly Jane Herring (Trey) and Megan Leigh Branch (Daniel); his great-niece Abagail Parks; his great-nephew Archer Parks; and his close friend Ken Ferguson.
