She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lee Clark and Randy Jay Clark; her grandchildren, Nichole Potts (Steven), Megan Simmons (Drew), Jonathan Clark (Lindsay), Ashley Clark, Hannah Koehler and Kamerin Koehler (Kasey); her great grandchildren, MaKayla (Ty), Grace, Addison, David, Elijah, Cayden, Collin, Naomi, Faith, Avery, Lincoln, Jude, Magnolia, Sebastian, Owen and Malachi; and her daughter-in-law Ronda Clark.
