He was predeceased by: his father Michael Fogleman; and his grandparents, Helen Fogleman, Jim Uhl and Betty Uhl. He is survived by: his mother Marion Martin; his wife Cassa Allison Fogleman; his children, Brendon Fogleman and Lauren Fogleman; his stepchildren, Madison Smith and Landon Emery; his siblings, Christopher Fogleman (Kim) and Jennifer Hamby (Brian); and his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Vanessa Allison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
