She is survived by: her children, Jackie Smith (Pete) of Asheboro, Juanita Cook (Tommy) of Burlington, Kathy Atkins of Ohio and Jeff Smith of Whitsett. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
