He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Spisak and Mary Dzugan Spisak; and his siblings, Mary Cawley, Helen Wrenn and John Spisak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Helena Cemetery (2802 US Hwy 117 S. Burgaw, NC 28425).
