He is survived by: his wife Sandy Phillips; his children, Adam Phillips (Latasha), Alex Phillips (Grace), Mitchell Landreth, Amey Jones (Everett) and Sydney Slusser (Evan); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Anna, Adley, Allie Phillips, Cale, Carson and Ashtyn Jones; and his sisters, Louise Manning and Terry Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
