She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Cox Dexter and William Stinette Dexter. She is survived by: her husband George Highsmith; her daughters, Martha and Jane; her granddaughters, Georgia Farrior (Nate), Harley Blanton (Duane) and Ali Fussell (John-Mark); and her great grandchildren, Windsor Farrior, Fisher Blanton, John-Ward Farrior, Isla Blanton, Hattie B. Farrior, Ariel Fussell and Cannon Fussell.
