He was predeceased by: his father William Luther Norris; his daughter Pansy Norris; his sister Faye McCartan; and his grandson T. J. Wade. He is survived by: his wife Willa Blackman; his daughters, Pamela Norris Wade and Patricia Norris Everette; his son-in-law Mark Everette; his grandchildren, William Justin Wade, Seth Stone, Kaitlin Everette Butler (Cody), Kristin Everette, Sarah Gilfillan (Will) and Briana Wieking; and his pet Roxie. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
