He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Melvin Holder and Silvia Williford Holder; and his brother Thomas Edward Holder. He is survived by: his wife Stella S. Holder; his daughter Stacey Holder Woods (Matthew) of Bunnlevel, NC; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Woods, Austin Woods, Justin Woods and Jackson Woods.
