He was predeceased by: his parents, William Addison and Zona Davis Addison; his brother Donald Addison (Jessie); and his brothers-in-law, Sherril Lucas, Roger Lucas and Donnie Ray Barefoot.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Addison; his sons, Phil Addison (Mary), David Addison and Jamie Cooke; his siblings, Billy Addison (Pam), Peggy Barefoot, Janice Lucas and Pam Whittington (Sam); his grandchildren, Savannah Rhyne (Alex), Caleb Addison (Maddie) and Alyssa Addison; and his great grandchild Landrey Rhyne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers, but memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, c/o Pastor's Discretion Fund.
