He was predeceased by: his parents, Halford Bell and Marguerite Latta Bell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Stone Bell; his children, Jamie Bell of Oklahoma and Joanie Bell Ellis (John) of Lillington; his grandchildren, Jamie Bell, Jr. (Athena), Justin Bell, Cody Bell (Ashley), John Ellis, Jr., David Yeoman, Kristen Ellis, Ashley Ellis and Nathan Bell; and his sister Nancy Elkins of Garner. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
