He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Charles Ramsey and Jennie May Westman Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Constance Dolores Moody Ramsey; his children, Karen Songer, Kevin James Ramsey (Cindy), Darryl Ramsey (Cyndy) and Dwayne Ramsey (Jan); his grandchildren, David Songer Jr. (Mandy), Matthew James Songer (Ashley), Namoi Cusick (Josh), Amber Jacobs, Samantha Ramsey, James Ramsey, Josh Ramsey, Jacob Ramsey, Sarah Ramsey and Phoenix Harris; and his great grandchildren, Ava Songer, Parker Songer, Phillip Antei, Eligh Jacobs, Lucas Jacobs and Ahna Jacobs.
