He is survived by: his wife Stacie; his stepson Sam; his children, Lisa, Erin and John; his stepchildren, Stephanie and Matt; his brothers, Scott Sulfaro and Tony Sulfaro; and his sister-in-law Jodi Sulfaro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
