He is survived by: his wife Sue McArtan Byrd; his children, Jackson (Heather) of Bunnlevel, Donna (John) of Leland and Ricky (Jennifer) of Bunnlevel; and his grandchildren, Carson of Bunnlevel, Eli of Bunnlevel, Brantley of Bunnlevel and Emelia Byrd of Bunnlevel.
