With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Neighbors of Bunnlevel, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, South Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Smoak and Betty Smoak; her brother Ervin Smoak, Jr.; her sister-in-law Judy Smoak; her nephew Jeff Smoak; and her grandsons, Shelby and Aaron Hadwin.
She is survived by: her children, David Connelly (Emily), Tim, Danielle Mixon (Robert) and Shanna Jarrell (Bubba); her grandchildren, Gabby, Bradlee, Dylan, Austin, Timothy, River of Jimmy Scott, RJ, Drew, Savannah and Harley; her great grandchildren, Modesty, Tatum, Trace, Bexley, Brylen, Warren, Kaylee and Callum; her cousin Bubba (Cindy McAlhaney); and also, Jamie and Tracey.
